Joint Staff Training Event in Varna, Bulgaria on 18-24/07/2021.
The activity was a training for youth workers/Trainers from partner organizations aged 21+ interested in developing competences and professional capacities to engage young people facing exclusion (including youngsters with physical/slight cognitive disability) in educational programmes of empowerment through co-creation and interaction with mainstream youth peers based on Devised Theater.
The programme, delivered through a methodology of Non Formal Education (NFE) addressed the development of the set of knowledge, skills and competences forming part of the necessary backpack of an educator engaged in supporting participatory co-creation processes in Devised Theater involving excluded and mainstream young people.
Multiplier Events
The Multiplier Conference organized to present the results of the project and the concrete learning outcomes of the Local Programme. Each partner organisation implemented Multiplier Events which last 2 days and agenda was as following:
Day 1
Presentation of the project.
Presentation of the findings of research.
Presentation of the activities implemented: International Piloting and Local Programmes.
Presentation of the Outputs:
– YOU-th Devise Theater Format
– Theater Co-Creation Youth Guidebook
Discussion and assessment of project activities and Outputs.
Day 2
Theatrical representation of participants.
Presentation by Trainers.
Discussion of follow-up strategies.
Official Closing of the Event.
